Quickstart

Use this checklist to get your first Instavidiq or SurveyCine insight fast.

1. Create your account

  • Sign up at portal.vidopix.com/signup.
  • Pick a unit pack (Vidopix is priced at $1 per minute of video analyzed).
  • Confirm your email and sign in.

2. Choose a product track

Vidopix runs two workflows on the same platform:
  • Instavidiq: test creative performance before publishing.
  • SurveyCine: collect video responses and synthesize research insights.
You can switch products anytime from the product switcher in the app.

3. Run your first analysis

Instavidiq flow

  1. Create or select a folder.
  2. Upload a video or paste a link (YouTube is supported).
  3. Wait for processing to complete.
  4. Open the project and review graphs, transcript highlights, and key moments.

SurveyCine flow

  1. Create a survey and set a close date.
  2. Share the public survey link with respondents.
  3. Track responses in the survey list.
  4. Open respondent insights to review emotion and sentiment per question.

4. Ask Pixi for answers

Open the Pixi chat panel and ask questions like:
  • “Where do viewers drop off?”
  • “What emotions dominate the first 15 seconds?”
  • “Summarize the top three insights across these surveys.”
Pixi uses the same data you see in charts and transcripts to provide answers.

5. Export and share

  • Generate project reports for Instavidiq.
  • Generate HR or customer reports for SurveyCine.
  • Download PDFs and share with stakeholders.

Supported video formats

Vidopix accepts common video types including:
  • mp4, mov, avi, wmv
  • webm, mkv, m4v, 3gp
